The ask: Provide a UX perspective while product is in Beta
Results: Simplified information architecture; Created a central landing page; Reformatted user profiles; Built out content channel pages
A six-week solo passion project
Goal: To improve the user experience of Maine’s unemployment website, reemployme.gov
Results: Increased success rates in completing key tasks; Improved navigation, with ease navigation rating increasing from from 2.5/5 to 4.5/5; Simplified information architecture; Designed new UI tailored to Maine residents
Six-month internship
Designed mobile apps and widgets, from an exercise assistant to an allergen tracker.
